Items are made to order and will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship domestic orders in the United States through USPS. After your order is complete from production, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Omnis Studios is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping.
We are currently only shipping to France and Japan.
Orders to countries outside the United States are shipped through the United States Postal Service and may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers. Once your package has left the United States via USPS, the package will then be transferred over to your counties postal service.
