Shipping + Returns
Items are made to order and will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship domestic orders in the United States through USPS & UPS. After your order is complete from production, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Omnis Studios is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or any items lost during shipping.
Orders to countries outside the United States can be shipped through USPS, UPS or DHL and may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of our international customers. If shipping via USPS, once your package has left the United States, the package will then be transferred over to your countries postal service. We are not responsible for any issues during transit to your country as we are released from responsibility once the courier service has your package.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer you store credit for returned items upon request and approval or exchange for eligible items. At this time, we do not issue refunds for orders.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, free of damage, and have the original packaging. Items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
